About Your Role:

The Associate Systems Administrator with a demonstrated record of technical competence and exceptional customer service to join the IT Service Desk team. This role will provide systems and high-level desktop support to our team. Your role will support our Windows Server, Mac OS, and Windows 10 environments, mobile devices, and various SaaS applications used within the organization.

Job Description:

As part of the Service Desk team, you will provide system desktop support for our internal customers.

Create, manage, & solve tickets, ensuring completion within our departmental SLAS.

Onboard new employees & deploy hardware refreshes to existing employees.

Provide level 2 support for conference rooms, ensuring effective video & audio conferencing.

Provision user accounts in Active Directory, G Suite, Slack, & other systems.

Assist with employee terminations.

Provide primary & secondary support for various systems used throughout the organization.

Create, manage, & maintain end-user technical documentation.

Work with the IT engineering team on projects & operational issues

Assist team with managing infrastructure operations.

Assist with ad-hoc & team projects as needed.

Primary IT support contact for our Edmonton office Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Mac OS and Windows computers.

Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

2+ years of experience as a Windows Systems administrator.

1+ years of experience in a technical support role

Linux experience is a plus

Windows Server & Active Directory experience

Mac OS & Windows 10 proficiency

Knowledge of G Workspace and Office 365

Strong networking skills

Zoom & Zoom Room support experience

Comfortable working with ticketing systems

Experience as an administrator of enterprise SaaS applications

Industry certifications are a plus.
